We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out the next business day, between Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Orders with standard shipping take approximately 2-3 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Since our menstrual pads is a hygiene product, we do not accept returns.
We care for your personal hygiene and maintain high hygiene standards. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is damaged or defective.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please send us an email at Hello@worthyco.co.za with the details. Attach a picture of the damage. After verifying the damage, we will replace the product in 6 to 8 business days. Please note that replacement requests for damaged goods should be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
