Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. To qualify:

- Provide Evidence: Please include a photo of the damaged or defective product and your order number.
- Replacement Processing: Once approved, we will ship your replacement product at no additional cost.
