Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. To qualify:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at hello@worthyco.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Evidence: Please include a photo of the damaged or defective product and your order number.
  3. Replacement Processing: Once approved, we will ship your replacement product at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
