Returns Policy for Herbal Tinctures and Supplements

As our herbal tinctures and supplements are personal health products, we do not accept returns.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is damaged or defective and have passed its expiration date.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at hello@worthyco.co.za with the details of your order. Be sure to attach a clear picture of the damage. Once the damage is verified, we will process a replacement within 2 business days.

Please note that requests for replacements of damaged or defective items must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.

If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
